The primary mandate of the CIQ ART is to maintain the performance and stability of the Capital IQ platform which is extremely critical to the continued success of the Desktop business. - Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Guide the Agile team to consistently delivery customer value
- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, Retrospectives and Quarterly planning
- Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
- Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency
- Work with peers, managers, and communities of practice to increase the effectiveness of Agile delivery.What We\'re Looking For:- Experience leading teams in delivery using Agile practices- 5-9 years of experience in the role of Scrum master.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
