The Scrum Master will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project delivery while adhering to Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing global projects, particularly in the financial services sector, and excel at fostering collaboration among diverse, distributed teams.



Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure efficient delivery.

Act as a servant leader to guide the team, removing obstacles and enabling productivity.

Manage and deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

Mentor and coach teams in the effective use of Agile methodologies.

Monitor and report on project progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Ensure clear communication across technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage risk, identify potential blockers, and propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.

Proven experience managing international, web-based projects, preferably within the financial services industry.

Fluent in English, with strong communication and people skills.

Hands-on experience with SCRUM, JIRA, and Confluence.

Solid understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.

Experience managing technical teams, ideally with a technical background.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
