Apply today!What you will be doingPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:Preferrable - Experience with managing SAP agile development work and teams.Prepare Business Case for Project and seek project approval.Prepare detailed Phase wise Project PlanFinancial tracking: Prepping for baselines, Reviewing and managing data that drives Financial and Schedule reporting.Identify Risks / Issues / Change RequestsAdd / update resources on projects for forecasting and timesheets.\xc2\xb7Build Jira Dashboard\xc2\xb7Ensure scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests and critical issues are effectively communicated to the client and project/program team and assist in change management.Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, mindset, processes, methods, and effective ways of working while also helping in improving adherence to best practices.Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability and collaboration while fostering self-accountability and individual empowerment.Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum-related meetings.Guide the groups they work with by providing meaningful feedback and effectively facilitate retrospectives to pull actionable changes for the team.Use empirical data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity and optimize velocity to attain organizational KPIs while also helping to identify improvement opportunities.Ensure the development teams practice core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility and cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers)Work with Development managers to manage team capacity, with enterprise leadership to determine staffing requirements and assist with identifying resources to be procured from inside / outside the organization.Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendation.What your background should look likeEducational Qualifications:
