What you will be doing
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Preferrable - Experience with managing SAP agile development work and teams.• Prepare Business Case for Project and seek project approval.
• Prepare detailed Phase wise Project Plan
• Financial tracking: Prepping for baselines, Reviewing and managing data that drives Financial and Schedule reporting.
• Identify Risks / Issues / Change Requests
• Add / update resources on projects for forecasting and timesheets.
• + Build Jira Dashboard
• + Ensure scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests and critical issues are effectively communicated to the client and project/program team and assist in change management.
• Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, mindset, processes, methods, and effective ways of working while also helping in improving adherence to best practices.
• Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability and collaboration while fostering self-accountability and individual empowerment.
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum-related meetings.
• Guide the groups they work with by providing meaningful feedback and effectively facilitate retrospectives to pull actionable changes for the team.
• Use empirical data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity and optimize velocity to attain organizational KPIs while also helping to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the development teams practice core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility and cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers)
• Work with Development managers to manage team capacity, with enterprise leadership to determine staffing requirements and assist with identifying resources to be procured from inside / outside the organization.
• Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.
• Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendation.

Educational Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering
Certifications:
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or any other related certification is required
Work Experience:
• 8+ years of IT experience including prior Scrum Master experience

• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench
• Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (C#, SQL Server)
