You will take responsibility for the facilitation of our end-to-end Agile scrum development processes. You will work closely with architects, developers, analysts, engineers, and management to deliver high-quality solutions in a planned and iterative manner. This role requires an extrovert with strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills, along with mastery of the Agile Scrum processes, ceremonies, and artifacts.Responsibilities:Facilitate development activities using the Agile Scrum development framework within ServiceNowOrganize and drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsEnsure product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and achievable within the given timeframesCoordinate technical documentation creation/maintenance and make available in the wiki repositoryIdentify and remove impediments and roadblocks that may hinder the team\'s progressWrite technically detailed themes, epics, stories, scrum tasks, and acceptance criteriaFoster a culture of transparency, trust, and communication within the team, mgmt, and stakeholdersDrive adherence to Agile best practices during the entire software development life cycleProactively consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsProvide timely feedback to the team and management to help drive continuous process improvementStay up to date with and implement industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologiesCreate, update, and maintain sprint metrics, artifacts, processes, agreements, and action plansPublish weekly status to highlight achievements, risks, blockers, future sprints, and burndown velocityKey Skills, Requirements and Competencies:Must be an Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with professional certification provided as evidence2 years of Scrum Master work experience directly supporting IT, SDLC, data lake, or DWH initiatives2 years of hands-on IT experience with demonstrated outcomes in agile project managementExtroverted, vocal, strong communicator, with top-notch organizational and time management skillsExcellent written communication, small group facilitation, with strong interpersonal skillsDetailed understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile software developmentAbility to inspire and elevate processes within a collaborative and self-organizing team environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; courage to raise issues and influence changeExpert proficiency in agile project management tools and softwareAbility to adapt to multiple or changing priorities and work in a fast-paced complex IT environmentContinuous learner with a passion for agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworksEmotionally intelligent, organized, self-disciplined, self-motivated, able to work with little supervisionStrong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high quality outcomes on timeCategory: Project/Program Management Group
