This role will be based in our brand new Hyderabad office. Join us in India\xe2\x80\x99s beautiful \xe2\x80\x9cCity of Pearls\xe2\x80\x9d and bring your ambition to life.

Responsibilities:

• Manage each project\xe2\x80\x99s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Key Competencies:

• 5-8 years of experience in Scrum Master
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

Good to have:

• Scrum Master Certification
