Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an Scrum master
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum Project Management Methodologies
• Coordinated all Scrum Ceremonies including sprint planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Story Grooming and Release Planning.
• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong leader, educator, and coach
• An excellent communicator and motivator
Preferred Qualifications
• Scrum master Certified
• Work experience with retail domain
