The WU PD Controls Team takes care of Product development with detailed design, technology and product platform support. The Scrum Master is a servant-leader who drives, guides and coaches the team to continuously improve the way of working. Lead and coach to ensure the team can deliver continuous value.
What is the job about?
In the role of Scrum Master you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Agile in the Product Development organization or preferably at any other functions. You would be responsible for end to end development of the product. The position will be accountable for the technical solution on engineering / architecture level for a development project.
Your main tasks will be:
• Coaching the team in self-management and cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working
• Lead motivation, satisfaction, and performance of team and individuals through various People Processes.
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed like Sprint Planning, Retrospectives etc.
• Ensuring the Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment.
• Assuring the Development Team to create high-value products in Controls and come together as a successful team.
• Experience in Design & Testing of electronic controllers, embedded based
• Strong knowledge on Interfacing the Microcontrollers (8/16/32 bit) with ADC, DAC,GPIO, Memory interfaces of SDRAM, EPROM etc. Experience with Renesas Micros will be added advantage
• Experience in Hardware Communication interfaces and Buses of RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C,CAN, USB interfaces.
• Experience in system Design & Modelling in SaberRD/MATLAB Simulink simulations
• Work independently on Schematic Designs using Altium, DxDesigner, PADS LOGIC, with proficiency on Simulation using PSPICE/LT SPICE.
• Strong knowledge on Interfacing of Power Electronics Devices
• Experience in Control System Design ( PID control)
• Experience in switching & conduction losses calculation
• Experience in Thermal calculations
• Knowledge of Design documentation process and full hardware project life cycle.
• Experience in developing Safety critical products using safety standards
• Experience in Design Documents like FMEA, MTBF, Design Journals, PRTS
• Experience in EMC Filter Design & testing products for EMC & Compliance
• Experience in testing and handling of high Voltage Systems as per UL/CE standards
• Experience in System level integration and Board level testing & Trouble shooting
• Experience in coordination with firmware team during code development & testing.
• Knowledge on third party labs for product testing, compliance and certifications; Experience with certification bodies like UL, CE will be added advantage.
• Working closely with the cross functional teams, Mechanical and Software Teams for Product requirements.
Your Background
• Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics Engineering (ECE) / Master's Degree in Power Electronics
• At least 9-15 years of experience handling an agile team in hardware design in power electronics domain
• Must have experience in PADS schematic & PCB Design software tools
• Understanding the Power Supply & Inverter designs
• Knowledge of heat transfer to PCB
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC design considerations and design for high reliability and high temperature.
