Job Title: Scrum MasterLocation: ChennaiExperience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex project issues.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in handling hybrid work environments.

• Experience with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.
• Previous technical role experience (e.g., project manager, Team lead) advantageous.

• Facilitate Scrum Processes: Guide and coach the team on Scrum practices and Agile principles. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient delivery.
• Promote Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with open communication, ensuring cohesive and effective team operation.
• Track Progress: Monitor project progress using Agile tools and metrics. Provide visibility to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Assist the team in identifying and implementing process and practice enhancements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and issues.
• Mentorship and Coaching: Support the professional growth of team members. Guide them in adopting Agile practices and principles.
