As a Scrum Master you will constantly evaluate own facilitation skills and adjust if needed. In addition, you will be constantly reflecting on and work with other stakeholders\' behaviour to ensure Agile way of working for IO Customer Contact Canter solution. It includes anchoring below responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, enhance PI planning, and enable continuous improvement.
  • Aid in building roadmaps, manage backlog, and address impediments within agile contexts.
  • Drive agile transformation, inspire continuous improvement, and coach team members on Agile practices.
  • Onboard and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Empower the team to build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Hands-on experience on Agile/Project Management with good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud domain.
  • Hands on experience in Azure DevOps Board (Epic, Features, Stories, enablers, story points etc.) or similar applications.
  • A Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps with understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels and vendors
  • You are not afraid of being challenged by peers and stakeholders and you can integrate different viewpoints in the decision-making process and stand firm whenever needed.
  • Be a team player by enhancing good team spirit and cooperating well with colleagues and vendors and with a high degree of knowledge sharing.
  • Scrum Master Certification (Good to have).
