You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization that is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Our team supports the IRM workforce and our customers.The Scrum Master will be collaborating closely with key stakeholders and technologists to orchestrate and conduct the team, guiding the team to create something that no one of them could create alone.
The Scrum Master is responsible to uphold the quality of project delivery that ensures the business outcomes are met through project execution. Be working closely with our technologists and business stakeholders and ensuring proper support for our project team to drive successful outcomes.Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Set up and maintain the Scrum and board.
\xe2\x97\x8f Guide the Development team where possible towards self-organization.
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the team through healthy conflict and debate.
\xe2\x97\x8f Teach, coach and mentor the organization and team in adoption and use of Scrum.
\xe2\x97\x8f When possible, shield the team from disturbance and external threats.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create transparency by communicating information via e.g. the product and sprint backlog, daily Scrum, reviews and a visible workspace.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure a collaborative culture exists within the team.
\xe2\x97\x8f Back-up and fill in for Principal Architect or other leads.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work to document technical and business requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create complete Agile user stories.
\xe2\x97\x8f Review, approve, update and maintain user stories, issues and epics.
\xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate and conduct requirement gathering sessions to identify current and future state requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the creation of process flows and activity based capabilities to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
\xe2\x97\x8f Suggest ways for businesses to improve.
\xe2\x97\x8f Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring the changes are made \xe2\x80\x93 for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processesKey Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree preferred, with a concentration in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalentexperience.
\xe2\x97\x8f A strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
\xe2\x97\x8f Project and time management discipline and techniques.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge and experience with software development principles.
\xe2\x97\x8f Communication and interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Logic and Problem Solving.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in reporting, metrics and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
\xe2\x97\x8f Mastery and proficiency with Gitlab or other collaboration tools e.g. Jira.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical and organizational skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Reporting skills including Excel \xe2\x80\x93 pivots, databases, sorting, and data manipulation.
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess analytical capability with attention to detail.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to challenge and to ask where clarity is required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communications skills - written and oral.
