Apply now!The PositionAs a Scrum Master, you will join the Agile team and play a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating efficient delivery. Your responsibilities include providing coaching and leadership, tracking and resolving impediments, and escalating issues when needed. You will be accountable for the following duties:

• Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews.
• Help the Agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events.
• Drive Agile teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing.
• Change ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 9+ years of IT experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with relevant certification.
• A solid understanding of the Agile mindset and culture.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and DevOps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• SAFe Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in Lean-Agile methodologies.
• Preferred background in technical IT roles such as Developer, Tester, or similar positions.

These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide.
