What you\'ll do: Manage each project s scope and timeline Facilitate backlog grooming. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology. Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices. Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity Eliminating team impediments.
