Whether balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders or making sound decisions using data, analysis, past experience, and a risk mindset, you will serve as a trusted advisor who routinely solves complex business problems and delivers against milestones. • Plan, schedule and track multiple projects and Business as Usual (BAU) work across multiple teams
• Define processes, set tools and fine-tune methods to improve the productivity of the teams
• Work with cross-functional teams in setting up roles, responsibilities, roadmap, and milestones to set objectives for the engineering team
• Act as a Scrum master to help the teams in a servant-leader capacity to achieve product development goals
• Work with Agile principles to align teams, communication, and transparency
• Roll up status on multiple projects and BAU, and present a clear picture to management and other external stakeholders
• Help to hire teams, develop best practices, and identify technology partners

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems,
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in financial services or banking industry is preferred.
• 8 years of experience working with Agile software development teams
• 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
• At least 3 years of software development data analysis and reporting experience
• Lead cross-functional teams and build consensus on delivery goals
• Facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
• Facilitate the teams progress toward team goals by keeping the team focused and removing impediments for the team
• Build a high-performing team by leading and facilitating the team to adopt a continuous improvement mindset
• Promote high-quality practices within the team and foster a culture of technical discipline and business value delivery
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned with business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
• Help track team risks and dependencies
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, SOW renewals, tracking and reconciling SOW resource utilization
