Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.Senior Manager - SCRUM Master and QA LeadThe Candidate:We are looking for Senior Manager who has got experience in QA function and as SCRUM Master who holds expertise in Agile Delivery processes like SCRUM, will work with diverse SCRUM PODs of senior and junior developers and QAs to deliver business value, taking direction from the Program Lead. In addition to the skills outlined for a Senior Manager - SCRUM and QA, we expect the following,Essential Knowledge and skills

• Help team apply the Scrum framework and principles of agility to benefit the team business
• Remove impediments that are preventing teams from accomplishing their goals
• Facilitate events and activities as necessary and ensure teams and the business realizes value from them
• Coach team in implementation of adoption of Agile Practices.
• Work with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to negotiate minimum viable product for delivery.
• Work with the Scrum Team to make an effective and efficient decision, track issues and remove impediments
• Facilitate in transforming development team to Agile methods.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies; grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand - ups and DEMO meeting
• Empowered teams to be self-organized and grow cross-functionally
• Communicate with the management team, engineers, product managers and specialists on product issues.
• Lead daily stand-up calls for multiple scrum teams.
• Embody agility using a servant leadership approach and leading by example
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Developers and Testers in delivering the product
• Track and effectively communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to affected team and management
• Engage with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile Scrum.
• Extensively worked on ADO (Azure DevOps) - Certified Scrum Master an advantage.
• Extensively worked on Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies.
• Managed resource sharing and distribution and prioritize workload as project needs.
• Organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and other Scrum-related meetings
• Fluent in creating issues like epic, stories, task, bugs and new projects.
• Created burndown charts, velocity charts, average age charts, pie charts for analysis and reporting
• Involved in sprint planning, backlog grooming, creating and closing sprints.
• Extensively used Confluence for documentation and project collaboration.
• Involved in Jira administration, creating projects, issues, permissions and issue workflow setup.
• Involved in prioritizing and estimation of issues.
• Extremely organized and capable of handling multitasks ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely
• Coach the Development Teams and teams-of-teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, cross functionality, risk identification, dependency management, conflict resolution, and software craftsmanship.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Effort Estimation, Testing Scope, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Scheduling.
• End to End experience of Estimate, Plan and Manage Functional testing life cycle- for leading healthcare Payer
• Experience in designing project plan, Test Strategy and Test Approach design for Integrated System Testing and Regression testing. Understanding business requirements and preparing Business Test Matrix
• Experience of working in onsite-offshore model, Managed offshore team of 10+ members. Managed large enterprise projects with dynamic and ambiguous requirements.
• Worked in the fast paced BDD, TDD, Agile/Scrum (methodology) projects.
• Performed Feasibility study (analyze Change Requests) Requirement Analysis for Functional Testing (SIT UAT). Test Execution Reviews and Status Reporting
• Good experience in validation and review of Operational, Technical and Functional documentation to assess scenario requirements
• Performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk and Mitigation Analysis Reports, Software Configuration Management (SCM) activities for client.
• Experience in Knowledge acquisition, Transfer and retention process
• Comprehensive knowledge in writing documentations including Requirement Specification, Use Case Narrative, Feasibility Analysis, Risk Analysis, Test Plans, Testing Metrics, Effort and Schedule Related Metrics
• Experience in Performed Cross Browser Testing (Compatibility Testing), RBT (Risk Based Testing) approach
• Should have experience in working on at least one of the automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Qualtech, test Rigor
• Work on automating test cases, automation execution, reports and updating existing scripts based on enhancements.
• Proficient in Functional testing process (SDLC, Test Plan/Strategies, Test Reports, and defect management)

• Preparing checklists of prerequisites to enter Automation Phase.
• Ensuring adherence to the defined processes.
• Ensuring smooth sailing of Release wise execution for all the modules.
• Ensuring quality and defect free deliverables.
• Helping the team on technical and functional queries. Providing vital inputs in Test Strategy and Test Plan Creation.
• Managing effort estimates in Script Development, Maintenance and Execution, Data Management.
• Manage UAT test execution. Includes: Test Plan Creation and execution.
