• Drive continuous improvement of service management processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
• Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Proven experience in driving service management excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications in SIAM and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) would be an advantage
