Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives

• Transform business needs into clear and concise application and operational requirements
• Analyze existing operational procedures, identify gaps, and propose solutions
• Craft user stories that capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
• Work closely with Business Analyst, developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure a shared understanding of project scope
• Provide a well-defined scope for development efforts
• Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Identify risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions
• Monitor testing progress, validate requirements, and support functional testing efforts
• Collaborate with QA teams to verify that the solution meets business needs
• Articulate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in written form
• Act as a liaison between project managers, developers, and end-users
• Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team success


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Overall 8+ years of experience in the supply chain area with deep understanding of supply chain, production and material planning within the automotive industry and logistics processes
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply chain
• Automotive domain experience is preferred
• Proficiency in supply chain related data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in stocking and grooming the product backlog
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have: Understanding of Software development process in an Agile Framework and hands on experience working in JIRA.
