SCM xe2x80x93 Purchase Engineer ElectricalThe Electrical Purchase Engineer plays a role in ensuring the timely delivery of the materialson time and in full quantity. This position involves the purchase of various electricalcomponents required across the BESS products and projects. Managing relationship withvendor partners on L1, L2 basis and ensuring timely delivery schedule as per negotiatedincoterms and pricing. Understand the dynamics of change in customer requirements vizinternal as well as external and ensuring the fulfilment of customer requirements as per setof organisations set process and guidelines.Responsibilityxefx82xb7 Oversee the Preparation and processing purchase orders for electricalcomponents as per production plan.xefx82xb7 Ensuring timely Receipt of material as per production plan.xefx82xb7 Implement and manage compliance with local laws and regulations ensuringtimely adherence of returns filing by Suppliers for the goods supplied. xefx82xb7 Responsible for complete P2P cycle for the electrical components purchase,which includes timely release of purchase orders, GRN of invoices, Financialinvoice booking and payments to the suppliers.xefx82xb7 Responsible for procurement of Electrical Switchgear items, Transformer andinductors, Cable and cable accessories , Thermal monitoring components.xefx82xb7 Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to optimize transportation cost.xefx82xb7 Ensuring the Vendor Manage inventory program at Supplier end.xefx82xb7 Manage, maintain, and execute store cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.xefx82xb7 Engage in daily tasks including process improvement, inventory control, controlling andmonitoring targets.Desired Candidate profile- BE in Electrical/Electronics with 3-5 years of experience in Purchase.- Knowledge of Basic Purchase process.- Basic Knowledge of Costing, Taxation, Inco terms.- Very good and hands on experience of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system will be added advantage.
