Job Description

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

• Export documentation in SAP of the finish goods sale to the foreign customer.
• Verification of SAP document quantity with weighment slip for export.
• Export related statutory documentation and liasoning work local Govt. Office.
• Domestic documentation in SAP of the finish goods sale to local customer.
• Prepare E-way bill for outward material send to customer.
• Collect scrap quotations and prepare comparative statement for scrap sale.
• Arrange vehicle for local transportation and jobwork.
• Jobwork documentation in SAP for material send to job worker.
• Jobwork reconciliation for material received or not from job worker as per Govt. rules.
• Rate negotiation with transporter for local Freight.
• Labeling of ISO containers as per IMDG & getting same verified from EHS dept.
• Maintain Min-Max level of Raw Material & other identified material.
• Responsible for perpetual inventory verification with books.
• Disposal of Scrap/Garbage - Adherence to Schedule
• Disposal of surplus & by Product
• Responsible for Logistics of RGP and Job work related material
