Role Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCM Functional Consultant to join our team and provide functional support for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Fusion Cloud solution to our valued customers. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities


We are looking for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the following areas-

  • Understanding of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s) in Oracle Supply Chain cloud in the following areas.
    o Oracle Order Management Cloud, Global order promising, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Pricing, Inventory Management, Procurement
  • Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.
  • Able to analyze and understand any application issues raised by end user and effectively communicate end users for any clarification.
  • Develop training material and application documentation as required, Educate business users.
  • Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product/ Technical issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution.
  • Responsible to perform quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing.
  • Responsible to Develop training material and application documentation as required, to Educate business users.
  • Responsible to work with users to ensure that the system is configured and utilized correctly.


Requirements



  • 2-5 years of experience in leading the development and support of Oracle-enabled supply chain solutions
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.
  • Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies
  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, with particular focus on some of the following
    o Must have: Oracle Order Management Cloud, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
    o Added advantage if have exposure to RF-Smart
  • Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • High personal integrity
  • Ability to work in a demanding user environment.
  • Open to work in any shifts.
