• Determine customer needs and provide technical expertise to successfully implement our products in their applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain impeccable records and provide accurate reports

• Life Sciences or related field, PhD or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a field applications role, preferably in the scientific industry
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and instruments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 70 % of the time
