Job Overview:
We specialize in providing comprehensive environmental surveillance services in line with WHO guidelines and CDC protocols, is looking for a Scientific Trainer to deliver training to nursing staff at our client hospitals and clinics. The trainer will be responsible for educating healthcare staff on environmental monitoring and safety practices, ensuring high-quality training that aligns with industry standards.

•The Candidate should hold a science degree or someone with microbiology knowledge •

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for nursing staff at hospitals and clinics on environmental surveillance practices based on WHO guidelines and CDC protocols.
• Develop customized training materials (presentation) to meet the specific needs of the client healthcare environment.
• Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with the latest environmental and safety regulations.
• Provide clear instructions on the infection control protocols, and other related procedures.
• Travel daily to client locations (2-3 visits per day) for training, each training session will last upto around 1 hr.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and observations, making improvements where necessary.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff, addressing questions and concerns related to environmental surveillance.
• Collaborate with the SurveyXn team to ensure consistency in training delivery and alignment with departmental goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
