We The South India Textile Research Association (SITRA) looking for Scientific Officer - Chemistry for our Textile Chemistry Division.

Eligibility

Graduate in Chemistry with 6- 10 years hands on experience in Wet Processing Industry.

Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech- Textile Technology/ Chemistry or Diploma in Textile Processing

Experience: 06-10 Years in Wet Processing Industry

Preferably Male Candidates

Job description

• To Carry Out various consultancy assignments in Textile wet processing industries.
• To offer Technical trouble shooting services to Textiles Mills.
• To work on Consultancy Research Projects for the Development of new products, process
• To conduct water footprint , carbon footprint and chemical audits
• To participate in promotional events and support in dissemination of the services of SITRA.
• To prepare reports, research publications and any other works as assigned by the Head of the Department.

• Knowledge on Sustainable practices and certification
• Report preparation and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
