Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
Trainer must have thorough knowledge of the concepts Proper teaching aid and effective real life example should be given by teaching the topic.
Trainer must follow interactive methodology as much as possible.
Travelling on site for trainings, creating reports , making monitoring and evaluation reports.
Requirements: Strong organizational, communications, PR and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to visualize and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly.
Diverse thought process and strong interlinkage of concepts across the subjects. Great problem solver and storyteller, first principles thinking, and amazing team player.
Candidates with School Teaching Experience. Must have a B.Ed.
Science and must have worked as a full-time teacher in a top-tier institution for at least 1 year or freshers are welcome.
