Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery :
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science and Mathematics for the assigned grade levels.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with academic standards and learning outcomes.
• Student Development :
• Assess, monitor, and support the academic progress of students.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Classroom Management :
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering mutual respect and discipline.
• Lesson Planning and Materials :
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments tailored to students' needs.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning.
• Collaboration and Engagement :
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
