- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Maths and Science in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Stay current with developments in education and subject-specific advancements to enhance teaching practices.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or qualification recognized in your country.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within the IGCSE framework.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Maths and Science curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
- Ability to mentor and support students with varied academic abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, math competitions, or field trips.
