We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics. You will be responsible for delivering the curriculum effectively, fostering students' critical thinking, and assessing their progress to ensure they meet educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement a comprehensive mathematics curriculum aligned with educational standards, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible to all students.
• Instruction: Teach mathematics concepts through various instructional methods, including direct instruction, group work, and hands-on activities.
• Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of mathematical concepts. Provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
• Differentiation: Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with different learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
• Professional Development: Stay current with educational best practices, particularly in mathematics education, through professional development opportunities and collaboration with colleagues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience for students across subjects.
• Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience teaching mathematics at the primary level is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to convey them to young learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
