Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Supervisor to join our educational institution. The School Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with educational standards, and support the professional development of staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of educational policies and procedures, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the school, including administrative tasks, student management, and staff supervision.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal educational regulations.
• Support and guide teaching staff in curriculum development, instructional methods, and classroom management techniques.
• Conduct regular evaluations of teaching staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the school administration, teachers, and parents to address student issues, behavioral concerns, and academic progress.
• Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching skills and educational outcomes.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities, including resource allocation and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports regarding student enrollment, attendance, and academic achievement.
• Serve as a liaison between the school, community organizations, and educational authorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a School Supervisor, Principal, or in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in educational software and technology tools.
• Valid teaching certification and/or administrative credentials as required by state regulations.
