Position : School Relationship Officer Location : Mangalore Karnataka Qualification : BSW and MSW (preferred) Language: Thulu, Kannada and English (Must know local language ) Experience : Above 2 years\' Salary : as per the industry Standards Job Discription : Field work (candidate should able to travel in local area) Other Documents: Must have a two wheeler Licence. Preferred for local candidates. Responsibilities Visits to the schools regularly and collect feedbacks on food supply and update to the management Establish the rapport with SDMC Focus on building good relationship with the teachers and headmasters Meet the local civic authorities regularly to ensure continuous support and cooperation Undertake the responsibility of responding to emergency situations at schools Support Distribution team in route planning, monitoring distribution staff discipline . Coordinate the volunteering activities, school visits, school projects and other TAPF promotion programmes involving schools on demand from RM Coordinate the UC collection, verification and submission process with Billing team Ensure accuracy of the UC for the respective schools before finalization Update the management about critical areas of customer satisfaction and assist in implementation of all school relationship initiatives.
