Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary School Principal to lead the Fashion TV School of Performing Art. As the Principal, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of the school. You will ensure the effective implementation of curriculum, school policies, and strategies to create an inspiring and productive educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in educational leadership, a passion for the arts, and the ability to drive excellence within a diverse learning community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all administrative functions, academic operations, and student affairs.
• Develop and implement educational programs, curriculum plans, and teaching methods that align with the institution's vision and goals.
• Foster a positive, creative, and inclusive school culture that promotes high standards of performance in both academic and extracurricular activities.
• Oversee the hiring, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff members.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure optimal use and growth.
• Maintain relationships with parents, students, and the community to ensure their involvement in school activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant education laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in student achievement, staff performance, and overall school operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in the arts or performing arts education. Proven track record of success in managing schools or educational institutions.
• Education: A relevant educational background, such as a Master's degree in Education, Arts Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in school leadership or educational administration are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning, conflict resolution, and team building.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Visionary: Ability to inspire students, faculty, and staff, while fostering a culture of excellence in the performing arts.
• Cultural Awareness: A strong appreciation for the performing arts, fashion, and the broader cultural landscape, with the ability to integrate creativity into educational programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Gender: Preferably male candidates to align with the existing leadership dynamics.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with the fashion and entertainment industries is a plus.

Pay: ?95,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
