We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and visionary Principal preferably female candidate to lead our cbse primary and pre-primary school. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the school's success in delivering high-quality education.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including administrative tasks, curriculum development, and student activities.

- Provide educational leadership by setting academic goals, implementing innovative teaching methodologies, and ensuring adherence to educational standards.

- Supervise and support teaching staff, fostering their professional development and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, the local community, and educational stakeholders to promote collaboration and support for the school.

- Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities effectively to ensure an optimal learning environment for students.

- Implement and enforce disciplinary policies and procedures to maintain a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.

- Create and promote a school culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and respect for all members of the school community.

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to continuously improve the school's performance and educational outcomes.

- Stay updated on educational trends, best practices, and innovations to enhance the school's programs.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education or a related field with minimum 5 year experience

- Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a primary or pre-primary school setting.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of curriculum development, educational standards, and assessment practices.

- Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and the wider community.

- Proficiency in budget management and organizational development.
