We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Academic Coordinator at Iris KPHB. This is a key leadership role aimed at ensuring academic excellence and seamless operations within our curriculum framework.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Curriculum Oversight: Implement and review the academic curriculum to ensure alignment with prescribed standards.
• Teacher Mentoring: Support and guide teachers through observations, constructive feedback, and professional development programs.
• Lesson Planning: Monitor and refine lesson plans and teaching methodologies to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
• Student Progress: Track and analyze student performance, identify areas for improvement, and devise remedial strategies.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and training sessions to enrich the learning experience.
• Parent Interaction: Address academic concerns, maintain open communication, and build a collaborative environment with parents.
• Resource Management: Ensure teaching aids and resources are readily available for efficient functioning.
• Innovation: Promote innovative teaching practices and leverage technology for enhanced educational delivery.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in reputed international schools, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed. (Post-graduation preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
