We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Coordinator to join our institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic coordination, administration, and student management, preferably from reputed CBSE schools. This is a residential role, and the selected candidate will be provided with accommodation and meals.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and examination guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing residential students is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Academic Coordination:
• Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and ensure adherence to the academic calendar.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and academic resources.
• Monitor student performance, ensuring timely assessments and feedback.
• Organize and conduct academic events, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
• Administrative Duties:
• Coordinate daily school operations, ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and parents.
• Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff in their roles.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with CBSE and other regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and manage the school timetable, examination schedules, and staff allocation.
• Student and Parent Relations:
• Address student concerns and work on improving student engagement and well-being.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and act as a point of contact for parents.
• Implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Residential Management:
• Supervise and manage the well-being of students residing in school-hosted accommodations.
• Work closely with hostel wardens and support staff to ensure student safety and comfort.
• Organize evening activities or tutoring sessions for residential students, promoting holistic development.
• Extracurricular and Events:
• Plan and execute extracurricular activities, including sports, cultural events, and student clubs.
• Foster leadership and team-building skills among students through organized activities and student-led initiatives.
