Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced School Collaboration Coordinator to establish and nurture partnerships with schools and academic institutions, driving business growth and increasing student enrollment through customized programs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in school collaboration and partnership development, with a strong understanding of educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

School Partnership Development:

• Build and maintain relationships with new schools and academic institutions.
• Develop strategies for long-term, tailored partnerships.

Business Growth and Enrollment Targets:

• Drive enrollment growth through effective collaborations.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs across schools.

Program Coordination and Customization:

• Design and customize programs to meet each school's needs.
• Ensure smooth implementation and refine programs based on feedback.

Brand Awareness and Community Engagement:

• Increase visibility within school communities.
• Organize events and workshops to promote offerings.

Relationship Management and Retention:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing school partners.
• Develop strategies for long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Traveling and On-Site Collaboration:

• Frequent travel to schools and academic institutions.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and meetings at school locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school collaboration programs or partnership development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with educational institutions or program customization.
• Background in business development or sales within the education sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
