Job Summary


Scholarship Coordinator will oversee and carrying out the CSR-funded scholarship program and will be expected to interact with the girl scholars in order to assist in their academic endeavors. They intend to provide consistent and open communication with the donors to keep them apprised of the project's progress.



• Execute and oversee the scholarship program for chosen B Pharma students in accordance with the schedule and project implementation strategy.
• Determining which universities offer B Pharma degrees, publicizing their scholarship programs, and identifying the candidates who qualify for them.
• Serves as a point of contact for scholars and faculty/staff, offering resources and information about programs and events related to scholarships.
+ Regularly observing scholars' development and providing mentorship.

• Support planning and facilitation of training programmes involving external trainers.
• Identifing companies/corporates and creating formal partnerships with thems to organize exposure visits, training, internship and placement of scholars.
• Recognize and address concerns or problems with students.
• Assists with database administration and operations processes, plans the creation and upkeep of the scholarship management information system (MIS). Coordination of special events such as exposure visit, scholar meet, and other events as planned.
• Periodic activity and financial planning and reporting as per the calendar.
• Any other assignments in similar projects.

Education, Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/ Hospital administration (MHA)/ Mater of public health (MPH) or any other relevant degree.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in foundations/development organization or relevant sectors.
• Understanding of higher education systems, financial aid processes, and scholarship opportunities. Understanding of process of managing funds and distributing scholarships.
• Computers and standard office software - MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Should be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
