Job Title:
Scheduling & Back Office Assistant to Sales Head
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling Calls and Meetings:
• Manage and organize the Sales Head's calendar.
• Schedule client calls, team meetings, and follow-ups.
• Send timely reminders and handle rescheduling requests as needed.
Data Entry and Management:
• Maintain and update sales-related data in CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
Client Coordination:
• Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary details about the calls or meetings.
• Act as the point of contact for any scheduling-related queries.
Administrative Support:
• Assist the Sales Head with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, and reports.
• Ensure smooth communication within the sales team regarding schedules and updates.
Requirements:
Experience:
• 1-2 years in a similar role involving scheduling and data management.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
