• Role Overview:

• Your responsibilities will include setting procedures for developing construction schedules, providing guidance to the planning engineers, and managing the deployment of Primavera P6 (P6) software.

• Create and maintain project schedules using P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate construction activities into the overall project plan.
• Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of Planning Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills in project planning and scheduling.
• Process Improvement:

• Establish standardized procedures for schedule development, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Continuously improve planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance:

• Review and validate project schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure that schedules reflect realistic timelines and resource availability.
• Develop P6 based project reports and standardize reporting.
• P6 Deployment and Maintenance:

• Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of P6 software.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate schedule updates, delays, and critical path analysis to project stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination between different project teams to minimize conflicts and maximize resource efficiency.
