Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Planning Engineers.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills in project planning and scheduling.
Process Improvement:
Establish standardized procedures for schedule development, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Continuously improve planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Quality Assurance:
Review and validate project schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that schedules reflect realistic timelines and resource availability.
Develop P6 based project reports and standardize reporting.
P6 Deployment and Maintenance:
Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of P6 software.
Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate schedule updates, delays, and critical path analysis to project stakeholders.
