There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team.As a DevOps Engineer SCCM, you will be challenged as a DevOps Engineer for Microsoft SCCM on a global team that is transforming the NXP engineering and non-engineering end user experience in the Workplace product roadmap.Your responsibilities

• This role is responsible for supporting and administrating NXP\xe2\x80\x99s End User Computing Device Management Platforms globally for a scale of 10,000+ devices.
• This role is responsible for technical leadership for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MCM), Imaging, task sequence, software distribution projects and automation.
• This role is responsible for the Microsoft Secure, Laboratory and Factory environments.
• Take ownership of the SCCM platforms and recommend solutions that improves the user experience, system stability and increase productivity.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend current and emerging tools, techniques, and technologies as related to SCCM
• Work with an Agile team including Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architecture and other agile team members.
• Lead efforts to document and share technical knowledge within team and with other support teams
• Works with product teams to define requirements and help assure the system evolves to meet the real needs of the stakeholders.

• University degree with IT orientation and 5+ years of system administration work experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MCM) and Windows 10 Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise level IT infrastructure solutions within multinational organizations
• Strong scripting skills and focus on automation.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI
• Structured, analytical and logical mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Solid experience in the field of technical documentation and the ability to present complex interrelationships in an easy and understandable way.
• Constant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.
• Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required.
• Experience working in DevOps model
• Collaborative team player
• Able to work autonomously

• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
• Excellent problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
• Strong analytical skills - must be able to assemble and interpret data and deliver business insights
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, \xe2\x80\x9cself-starter\xe2\x80\x9d environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is desirable
• Microsoft certifications is a plus.
