: -SCCM: L2
Experience: 5 Years (SCCM)Work Timings: General Shift and should be comfortable to work in Shift if required.
Work Location: Bangalore.Platform \xe2\x80\x93 SCCM Admin
- Experience in supporting SCCM Infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting Windows Client OS deployment through SCCM.
- Experience in Troubleshooting Client OD deployment issues.
- Able to drive major incidents and work towards RCA.
- Capable to manage the operation team of L2/L1 in SCCM Team and provide them Supports.
- Able to establish and run good operations and governance practices.
- Good team player and able to manage and mentor team.
- Work on team skill enhancement and training need identification.
- Manage SLA and Availability of Services.
- Installation/ Configuration of SCCM Infrastructure.
- Must have good experience in SCCM with OSD.
- Have experience with Windows 10 Deployment using SCCM, MDT and WDS.
- Must have good experience in SCCM infrastructure, process, and software update.
- Must have good experience in SCCM server administration.
- Must have good experience in Application packaging.
- Experience in PowerShell or VB scripting.
- SCCM infrastructure and troubleshooting including client side OSD Troubleshooting.
- Must have good experience in SCCM reporting of SCCM infrastructure
- Intune/Auto pilot is experience is added advantage.
