Position: Scan to BIM Modeler

:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.•

•Minimum of 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Scan to BIM or related roles, preferably in the construction industry.•

•Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation.•

•Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.•

•Experience working with point cloud data and laser scanning technology.•

•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•

•Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working successfully in team environments.•

•Education: B.E. Civil•
•Experience: 1 10 1.5 years•

• Process point cloud data and create detailed 3D BIM models.
• Ensure accuracy of models for architectural, structural, and MEP design.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain clear documentation and report model progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
