Work on inbound calls for queries for small business clients. Serve as subject matter expert for small business clients. Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs. Take ownership and provide end to end solutions for clients Strong focus on creating Positive Defining moments in every client interaction. Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions while looking for solutions that will allow our customers to focus on their core business. Should be willing to work in rotational shift (US Shifts) ##LI-DNI Excellent communication skills are required for this role with no evidence of regional language influence. Ability to hold a conversation and engage the client for a long duration. Listening and probing skills should be excellent. Should be able to display empathy and acknowledge appropriately.
