Job Description

Extract required information from carrier websites & ADP applications to create audit templates

Do an in depth analysis to find reason for variance

Coordinate with respective carriers for any missing/additional information required to process transaction

Extract balance information from carrier files, set up payments in IS APP, inform balance details to client and make changes in current term

High emphasis on quality with First Time Right Attitude

Analytical bent of mind for better business results

Document the details in CEH and follow up with respective parties (BU/Carrier/Client) if required

Work on reports like Open Audit Payments, Carrier weekly & Monthly reports

Check if audit can be disputed. Send with proper documentation to carrier. Follow up for revision or till closure

Take necessary action according to type of email received in Audit Inbox. Attach in CEH.
