Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Life Insurance Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will sell life insurance policies to clients, while also building and maintaining relationships with them, find and qualify potential clients, and develop insurance opportunities, interview clients to learn about their financial situation and existing coverage, explain the features of different insurance policies, and suggest changes or additions to their current policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements:

• HSC and above can apply.
• Excellent communication skills.

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (9-hour shift), 1 Rotational week off.
