Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers for SBI Bank credit card sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling SBI Bank credit cards over the phone to potential customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about various credit card products, and persuade them to apply for SBI Bank credit cards. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of selling SBI Bank credit cards.
• Provide information about different types of SBI Bank credit cards, their benefits, terms, and conditions.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable credit card products.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
