- Saviom is a world leader in resource management software with a client base across the USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and many other countries. Many of our customers are Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu, Siemens, Alix Partners, Konica Minolta, and many more. - Saviom has offices in Sydney, Vadodara, and London and is expanding its team into Bengaluru to bring in its first members to its growing marketing team. Saviom operates under the name of Alphatech Software and PMentire Solution in India. To support our engineers who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\'re looking to add a Graphic Designer to our existing team.- We are looking for a candidate who can create, curate, and lead Saviom\'s graphic design efforts. The candidate must be able to understand the creative brief and translate it visually into fresh, appealing communicative design deliverables for Saviom. Please apply if you fit the experiences and skill criteria listed below.Primary Responsibilities : - Understand the creative brief and translate it visually into fresh, appealing communicative design deliverables like eBooks, illustrations, videos, brochures, infographics, etc.- Adhere to brand persona and yet be able to reinvent designs to make them visually effective and appealing.- Proficiency in illustrating and creating original images.- Make animation and promotional videos, edit pre-shot videos, and complete basic post-production for both.- Work with cross-functional teams, present designs, obtain feedback, and incorporate changes/edits as necessary.- Contribute to the brand\'s marketing strategy with a unique visual language.Mandatory Skills : - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.- In-depth knowledge and an ability to process layouts, typography, colors, alignment, and consistency with meticulous detailing.- Creative thinker, quick learner, and team player.- Knowledge of video production- Add production value to existing concepts, branding, and design direction.- Strong conceptual, creative thinking, ideation, and visualization skills with the ability to explain design rationale.- Skilled in determining the message that the design should portray and developing graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.- Comfortable in a fast-paced, continuously evolving start-up environment.- Comfortable with short deadlines and quick turnaround time.Experience : - 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.- Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication or Fine Arts.- Prior experience in B2B is preferred but not compulsory.Why Saviom ?- The compensation & salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.- We encourage working mothers to apply who want to make a comeback after a sabbatical.What to Expect from Us ?- A dynamic team and an inclusive, encouraging work culture- Creative responsibilities have a direct impact on the company\'s marketing efforts.
