Role : Senior Sales Manager- AgencyRole Definition : Senior Sales Manager is one who is responsible to lead a team of sales managers and Surpass Sales targets. Supporting the Branch Manager in day to day OperationsResponsibility Deliverable : 1. Identify Quality SMs and recruit on Regular Basis with help of HR2. Achieve recruitment target (Associate partner) through sale managers.3. Achieve Sales And Revenue Targets.4. Develop the Sales Skills and knowledge of sales Managers and Associate Partners.5. Audit all docs of Team and ensure all data in B2B.Tasks & Activities : 1. Identify Quality SMs and recruit on Regular Basis with help if HR- Create a pipeline of right Talent Who can be an Asset to the team.2. Achieve recruitment target (Associate partner) through sale managers- Do 5 demos and 5 observations of recruitment call with SMs.- Identify target segment of Associate with each SM and ensure prospecting in that segment.- Manage healthy recruitment inputs likes Screenings/ career Seminar and build healthy pipeline. So that 100% recruitment target achieved.3. Achieve Sales And Revenue Targets- Give Demos/Observations of sales calls with SMs and top 3 APs- Do daily fast track with team and have hot lead list ready- Ensure and Monitor 30 days new AP Plan is implemented in spirit.- Help in closing the sales4. Develop the Sales Skills and knowledge of sales Managers and associate Partner- Do role play/GID/IID on regular basis with SMs/SR- APs (Recruitment and Sales) and with APs (Sales).- Make a calendar each month for developing Skills of the team.5. Audit of all docs of Team and Ensure all data in B2B - Ensure all documents are Audited and data is in B2BMeasurement Metrics- Achieving Monthly /Qtrly/half yearly targets of recruiting Associate Partner.- Achieving Monthly /Qtrly/half yearly targets of no of sales, vales, and Revenue.- team Activation -60%- Rising Star trophy- 60%- C.S.A.-40%- C.P.A. - 30%Note - Looking for people from Tricity only (Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali) (ref:updazz.com)
