Job description Purpose of the function:
Business Navigation Finance and Administration function is a strategic partner who navigates the business towards success, by using our expertise to enable efficient and effective processes, connecting strategies with execution, secure the IKEA business and protect its assets.
• Business partnering - Navigate our business towards success through people and performance by spotting business opportunities, generate actionable insights and connect strategies with planning and execution.
• Lead with expertise - Provide strategic support, advice, and execution in areas like business navigation, finance, legal and risk. Lead portfolio management, project management and enable better Supply business.
• Excellence in operations - Develop and operate efficient, effective, and controlled workflows, supported by new technologies and competent co-workers organized for success.
• Governance & Safeguarding - Establish and operate efficient governance, frameworks, structures and connected assurance activities for the purpose of looking after the IKEA business and protect its assets.
Assignment
• Lead tasks related with market intelligence and contributes to industry analysis for related IKEA Supply business teams and New Business & Innovation Deployment teams
• Support business teams with IKEA supplier financing requests towards ISAG (IKEA Supply AG) by verifying it from financial and country-specific aspects and contributing to supplier financing follow-ups
• Contribute to due diligence process of all related Business Units including but not limited to Seller Assessment and Sanctioned Party Screening for existing partners and new/potential ones
• Perform annual Financial Screening of existing and New Business partners, support all relevant Business units with financial benchmarking of IKEA partners
• Perform Monthly closing of books and preparation of Budgets and Forecast.
• Lead ad hoc requested financial and/or investment analysis & extended financial screening of suppliers for all Business units in SASA
• Support all relevant business units in region with internal business finance consulting
• Work closely, on a constant basis, with SA Management Teams on performance management; preparing relevant reports on KPIs, follow up and portfolio insights, identifying gaps for business development.
• Facilitate SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitors SA Roadmap fulfilment.
• Capability to perform key business analysis, risk assessment, scenario planning
• Lead and facilitate financial trainings for all Business Units in SASA
• At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values and Role Model and contribute to the global Business Navigation projects and agenda
When applicable
• Responsible for operational resource planning, reporting and be a speaking partner for all business units when it comes to navigate in the most efficient way and provide first level of insights for all business units and managers related to their Cost Centre responsibility.
• Support and challengeefficiency and performance for the business units.

You are passionate about Finance and have the ability to contribute to business results. You demonstrate general leadership ability and effectiveness with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks. You express ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire.
To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:
• Degree holder in Finance and/or management with a proven track record of a minimum 5 years in Finance domain
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the area of finance (financial analysis, corporate finance, financial risk assessment, etc.)
• Good analytical skills and ability to provide fact-based insights and storytelling
• Good understanding of business and corporate finance, business processes, basics of local country's corporate law and macroeconomy indicators
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Power BI (preferably)
• High motivation in performance and efficiency with desire to find and implement new opportunities and ways of working
• High energy and drive to deliver results
• A passion for structure and detail, combined with ability to see the big picture and ability to share and live IKEA values
• Cross functional and cross organizational border contribution and development.
