Development and maintenance of External interfaces using WEBSERVICES - Config/changes. Identifying Notes to support various user requirements. CRM SALES and SERVICE processes customizing changes. Sap CRM Mobility , overview of DOE, SUP. Creation of field mapping between CRM fields and export excel template. This position provides professional level support in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in data system operations, maintenance, and management. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
