Position SAP UX Lead Consultant

Siemens Energy is looking for lead Expert, to join a team of highly experienced IT professionals supporting the company\'s aim to shape the future of the energy market. This position provides global consulting and governance for SAP UX (FIORI, UI5 and similar technologies) in the Siemens Energy ERP systems. You will be leading UX team part of Technology & Infrastructure team in S4EUnify program and responsible for UX deliverables. Additionally, you will also be working with an IT solution provider for various ECC and S4 systems, making sure that UI development is done with quality and as per Siemens Energy guidelines, and all issues/change requests are handled appropriately.

Your profile

• 8+ Years of experience as SAP UI5-Fiori Developer.
• Good Understanding on Fiori Design Guidelines/ UI5 framework
• Knowledge in BTP with respect to UI development is must.
• Hands on experience in 2 end-to-end implementations of S/4 HANA with Fiori-UI5 development.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into effective UI design and specifications.
• You should have experience in handling a team of SAP UI developers, assisting them for developments or resolving issues.
• Experience in collaborate with IT Vendor and getting task done.
• Excellent within troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good multi-tasking capabilities, time management and organizational skills.
• You are motivated and are willing to learn and develop yourself.
• Having good expertise in Stakeholder Management.

Your responsibilities

Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Digital Transformation, a global digitization initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent service orientation and skills/experience in SAP UI development to support the implementation of our digitalization projects. You will be adding value through ensuring smooth utilization and release implementation of digital solutions.

• Configuring and Administrating Development environment for Fiori (Business Application Studio) in SAP Business Technology Platform
• Developing prototypes in Development environment to test new functionality released by SAP.
• Activating and Configuring standard SAP Fiori apps in S4Energy system landscape
• Closely working with security team to setup all required roles related UX objects (Catalogs, Spaces, Pages and Sections)
• We require the candidate to have extensive knowledge in SAP UX Lead and above in the following areas:

• Expert level understanding and hands on experience in developing SAP Fiori applications
• Familiarity with SAP UI technologies like SAP UI5, client-side HTML5 and JavaScript-based rendering library, node JS and programming model
• Experience working in iterative, agile environment.
• Proficiency with other design tools like Adobe Photoshop etc to help create demo UI screens.
• Keeping Development Guidelines for SAP Fiori User Experience update to date
• Analyze business process gaps, identify solution alternatives, and guidance to business and IT stakeholders for selecting the best solutions for closing the gaps.
• Manage projects assigned through the full project lifecycle including managing and coordinating the work of consultants when necessary.
• Status reporting to related stakeholders
• Having strong understanding of Requirement engineering and designing solutions
• Challenge requirements against standards and harmonized processes
• Ensure solution design documentation (acc. project templates)
• Controlling of implementation progress and execution of IT relevant testing
• Ensure business acceptance of handed over solution results.
• Support smooth handover to stable operations.
• IT service and change management after project closure.
